Data Deletion Instructions
You can delete your data from Zounya SEO at any time. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.
Disconnect Facebook / Instagram
Sign in, open Publishing, and click Disconnecton the Facebook & Instagram card. This immediately deletes the stored Page access token; we no longer have any access to your Facebook or Instagram data.
Delete your account & all data
Email marketing@zounya.com from your account email address with the subject "Delete my data", or use the in-app account deletion in Settings. We will permanently erase your organization, articles, connected-account tokens, analytics and profile.
What gets deleted
- Your account and team memberships
- All connector credentials (Facebook/Instagram/WordPress/Google tokens)
- Business profile, keywords, articles, analytics and audit history
